Bookings and access
You are responsible for providing safe access to your premises and accurate booking details.
- Provide accurate address, entry instructions, and parking information.
- Secure pets and remove fragile or hazardous items from service areas.
- Ensure running water, electricity, and safe work conditions.
- Minimum service window may be 30 minutes to account for traffic and weather.
Payments
Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees.
- We accept major credit cards and Interac e‑Transfer (CAD).
- Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month (24% APR).
- Deposits may be required for large or recurring bookings.
- Sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are charged where applicable.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No‑show or lock‑out fee: CAD $35 or 25% of the booking, whichever is greater.
- Same‑day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service value.
- We may waive fees for severe weather or emergencies at our discretion.
Liability
We are insured and will address verified damages promptly.
- Report any concerns within 48 hours with photos and a brief description.
- We are not liable for pre‑existing conditions, normal wear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
- Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid for the impacted service.
Service guarantee
If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re‑clean the affected area at no additional cost.
User responsibilities
- Do not request unsafe tasks or those outside our scope (e.g., mould remediation, biohazards).
- Notify us of allergies, sensitivities, or special handling requirements prior to service.
- Provide accurate payment information and maintain an up‑to‑date billing method.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
